Refund / Exchange Policy

Delivery Fee
Once the delivery was made, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Floral arrangements may be returned for credit or exchanged with conditions as follow:
  • For Regular Orders:

    • If you cancel your order before the arrangement was made, the full amount will be refunded. Please be advised that it may take up to a week for your bank to reverse the transaction.
    • If you cancel your order after the arrangement was made, and not yet delivered, 50% of the ordered amount will be refunded.
    • There will be no refund once the delivery has been made.
